We have perused the Government Resolution dated 28.11.2018, which permits the aggrieved person to file an appropriate application by following a particular procedure, for seeking compensation. 2.
As such, this Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to follow the due procedure and file an appropriate application with Respondent No. 2, considering that the earlier applications were legal notices.

If such an application is filed, Respondent
20-WP-2371-2024.odt No. 2 shall deal with the said application and communicate his response to the Petitioner within 75 days from the date of the receipt of the application. We leave it open to the authorities to consider as to whether the Petitioner would be covered by the said Government Resolution in view of the fact he had dashed an animal in the forest described as 'Roha'.
