The petitioner has putforth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' as under:- B] By appropriate writ, order or direction, direct the respondent No.5 to grant continuity and consequential benefits to the service rendered by the petitioner on the post of Assistant Registrar w.e.f. 13-07-2004 and for that purpose issue necessary orders.
C] Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present writ petition
(2) direct the respondent No.5 to consider and decide the representation dated 0302-2018, preferred by the petitioner and for that purpose issue necessary orders.

We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate representing the petitioner and respondent No.5 and the learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that a comprehensive representation dated 03-02-2018 at page No. 153 is placed on record. Same is addressed to the learned Vice-Chancellor, North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. He submits that this representation may be considered by looking into the provisions of law as are applicable and the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of.

We direct respondent No.5 to place the representation dated 03-02-2018 before the learned Vice-Chancellor of the University. We expect that such representation would be considered in the light of the provisions/statutes/ordinance etc. as may be applicable and decided preferably on or before 15-10-2022.
