By this application, applicants seek to condone delay of 634 days caused in fling Appeal.

Perused application and reasons as stated therein. Delay appears to have been occasioned on account of administrative exigency. The applicants have not derived any advantage by making such delay. The contents in the application are not controverted by filing affidavit-in-reply. Hence, sufficient cause is made out to condone delay. Hence, following order:
