This appeal is placed before today's National Lok Adalat dated 27.07.2024.

Learned Advocate Mr. M.R. Deshmukh for appellant/ Insurance Company is present whereas learned Advocate Mr. R.R. Sancheti respondent/claimant No.1 to 6 is present. 3.

The rival parties have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record settlement terms entered into between them along with the authority letter in the name of Adv. Mr. Mohit R. Deshmukh by the concerned officer of appellant/Company. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The contents thereof are verified

-2from the parties and they admitted the same. 4.

As such, the appeal is disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement terms 'X'. The award be drawn up accordingly. The appellant/Insurance Company has already deposited the compensation amount in this Court and it is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) from the said compensation amount as per the settlement terms.

The respondents/claimants are also at liberty to withdraw the remaining amount of compensation along with the accrued interest thereon as mentioned in the settlement terms.

Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of along with the pending civil application, if any.

The Court fees be refunded to the appellant/ Insurance Company as per rules.
