None appeared for the petitioner on 4.6.2018. None appears even today.

While granting interim relief on 12.3.1997, the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.25,000/- in this Court. On the condition of deposit, the respondents were restrained from recovering the loan amount from the petitioner.

On 30.11.2017, none appeared for the petitioner. This Court has recorded that he was protected from recovery of the amount assessed in the Recovery Certificate under Section 101, on the condition of depositing Rs.25,000/-. A last chance was granted to the petitioner to deposit the said amount till 7.12.2017. The said order has not been complied with.

Considering the above, this petition is dismissed on account of non-compliance of the directions of this Court. 5.
Rule is discharged.

In the event, the petitioner moves this Court for restoration of the petition, considering that he has enjoyed interim relief for 21 years, without depositing the amount of Rs.25,000/-, an application for restoration would be entertained only if the petitioner deposits Rs.50,000/- along with such application.
