The State Government has taken the decision on 01.03.2016 to release the petitioner on completion of 24 years' of total period of imprisonment. Copy of the order is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the decision taken by the State Government, grievance raised by the petitioner, in the instant petition, stands redressed.
