Learned A.P.P. submits copy of communication dated 31.12.2021 issued by Investigating Officer/Police Inspector of Police Station, Shivajinagar, Latur. It is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. On going through the said communication it reveals that the concerned Investigating Officer submitted that no evidence was found against the present applicant in respect of the present crime and hence report under Section 169 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was submitted to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latur. In view of the same, it appears that cause of action does not survive and the application therefore stands disposed of being infructuous.
