Petitioners in Writ Petition No.9241/2019 are directed to implead the applicant in Civil Application No.2761/2022 as respondent No.7.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today in the record of Court and simultaneously, in the copies served upon the learned Advocate for respondents. 5.
