IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO. 5436 OF 1995 JAHURALI HAIDARALI

VERSUS

SHAIKH ABBAS SK.YASEEN & ORS ...

Advocate for Petitioner : Mr. V T Choudhary Advocate for Respondents : Mr. L.V. Sangit .....

CORAM : V. K. JADHAV, J.

DATED : 16th JANUARY, 2018 PER COURT:- 1.

Learned counsel for the respondents-landlords, on telephonic instructions, submits that the respondents-landlords have already received the possession of the suit property. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no specific instructions in this regard. Even though a letter has been sent to the petitioner, the petitioner is not responding.

2.

In view of above, it appears that the cause for filing present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. In case the petitioner responds to his counsel and deny the said delivery of possession, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file review application. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. Rule discharged. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
