Learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that the Police authorities have already presented a report under Section 169 of Cr.P.C., in Crime No.31/2015, to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class. He further states that he would cause his appearance before the Magistrate and request for passing of appropriate orders.

Considering the contentions raised by the petitioner, Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, before whom report under Section 169 of Cr.P.C. has been presented by the Police.

The Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within a period of three months from today.
