The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal is submitted by the management seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post. The proposal was returned back as there were some deficiencies. The management has cured the deficiencies and again forwarded the same to the Education Officer. The Education Officer has not taken decision upon the same and same is still pending. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post is pending with the respondent No. 2 after clearing deficiencies, then the respondent

2 wp 5228.21 No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, so also considering the judgment dated 04th Jly, 2019 of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1493 of 2018 with other connected writ petition and take decision upon the same, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
