Mr L.C. Patil, learned Advocate for the applicant seeks leave to place on record copy of order dated 17.2.2022 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.1927 of 2022 in First Appeal No.1357 of 2020 with connected matters. 3.

Leave granted. Copy of order dated 17.2.2022 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Mr Patil for the applicant/claimant seeks similar order. Mr Deshmukh, learned A.G.P. for the State fairly concedes the position. 4.

The Civil Application for withdrawal of amount stands allowed as under:

(i) The applicant/original claimant is hereby permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

2 917-2911-2022ca (ii) Remaining 25% amount of compensation shall be invested in fixed deposit account in any nationalized bank for a period of one year with clause of renewal.
