The matter has been moved for Speaking to the minutes in respect of number of civil application appearing in paragraph no. 9 of judgment and order dated 1st March, 2019 passed by this court in civil application no. 3229 of 2019 with civil revision application (st.) no. 5707 of 2019, while in paragraph no. 9 of aforesaid judgment and order, the same has been referred to as 497 instead of 3229.

Having regard to that it is an inadvertent typographical error, the figure 497 appearing in paragraph no. 9 in aforesaid judgment and order be corrected as 3229. Necessary correction be carried out accordingly.

Motion stands disposed of with aforesaid.
