Heard rival submissions. The applicants, who are the legal heirs of sole appellant Punju Madhav Wani, who has admittedly died on 13th July 2018, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record by condoning the delay of 858 days. Though the learned A.G.P. opposed the application, however, considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). 2.

The amendment be carried out within stipulated period.
