Mr. Irale Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Department Zilla Parishad, Dhule has passed an order on 17th May, 2016 giving the revised pensionary benefits to the petitioner and the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied as per the said order. However, respondents be directed to implement the said order by making the payment accordingly.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. None appears for the respondent No. 3.

By way of interim order passed on 03rd August, 2009, respondents were restrained from recovering the amount from the petitioner.

Now the petitioner has placed on record the order dated 27.05.2016 which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification and the petitioner's grievance even according to the petitioner stands redressed.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of. The respondents shall implement the order dated 27.05.2016 expeditiously and shall make payment, if any as per the said order. The steps shall be taken by the respondents for implementing the said order, if there is no other legal impediment expeditiously and preferably within a period of six
