This petition is filed challenging order passed by Family Court, Beed below Exhibit-28, thereby granting interim maintenance @ Rs.7000/- per month to wife and Rs.3000/- per month to the child.

Both the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have filed compromise terms. The Compromise terms is marked "X" for identification purposes.

Both the parties are present before the Court. They are identified by their respective learned advocates. Parties confirm the compromise and accept that compromise terms are signed
