The appeal has already been disposed of. Learned Advocate for the applicants informs that the Insurance Company has now deposited the cheque to make up the deficit. 2.

It is informed that the mother and the sister of the deceased have passed away. The other applicants are the only legal representatives of the deceased (wife and daughters of the deceased). In view of the same, the amount in deposit, be paid to the applicants herein, equally. The amount payable to the minor, be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank until she attain the age of majority.
