The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the representation dated 14th April, 2021 seeking compassionate appointment on any available post by accommodating either the widow or the son of the deceased, may be considered by the employer. The death of the bread-earner occurred on 4th April, 2021. 2.

The learned advocate representing respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that the representation - application would be considered as per the Rules applicable.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.

Though we are not making any comment upon the representation of the petitioners, we expect that the management would enlist the eligible candidates depending on the vacancies available, in the list of candidates, who are to be granted compassionate appointment, as expeditiously as possible, on or before 31st January, 2023.
