Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Head Master has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as a Librarian. The said proposal is still pending. 2.

In case the proposal is submitted by the Head Master and if the same is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), (page 14), then the Education Officer (Secondary) shall take decide upon it , on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months, from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
