Learned Counsel Mr Patil for the petitioner submits that the Education Officer (Primary) has forwarded the proposal to Deputy Director of Education for correction of the on line staffing pattern. 2.

The Director of Education shall take decision upon the proposal submitted to him by the Education Officer (Primary) dated 8th March 2017 expeditiously, preferably within four months from today. 3.

It is stated that the salary bills are submitted by the Management. In case the salary bills are submitted, the Education Officer shall process the salary bills on its own merits. 4.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
