DATE : 24th FEBRUARY, 2017 PER COURT :

1.

Mr.Gunale, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1Institution was running the Centre for conducting S.S.C. Examinations since many years. The learned counsel further submits that all of a sudden by order

2 WP 2598/17 dated 2nd February, 2017, the Board has closed the said Centre. The learned counsel further submits that the said order is passed by the Board without notice to the petitioners. The learned counsel further submits that there is no complaint of any sort against the petitioners. According to the learned counsel, the petitioner-School is now attached to a Centre at the distance of 7 to 8 k.ms. It will cause inconvenience to the students. The delay has been caused as it took time to take Certificate. The said Certificate is received on 7th February, 2017.

We could have considered the case of the petitioners if they had approached this court earlier. Even as per the pleadings, the petitioners were in receipt of the order canceling the Centre on 7th February, 2017 and the petition is filed on 22nd February, 2017. Even notice is not issued to the Board.

3.

Considering all these aspects, it will not be possible for us to entertain the petition. The

3 WP 2598/17 petitioners may apply for the Centre for the next year, which request will be considered by the Board on its own merits.

4.
