Learned Counsel for the petitioner has tendered across the Bar a copy of the Government Resolution dated 1st February, 2016 issued by the School education and Sports Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai. He submits that, in view of the said Government Resolution and in particular, Clause 2.1 thereof, the grievance raised in this petition as regards petitioners No.1 to 4 and 6 has been taken care of. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, case of the petitioner No.5 is now covered by Government Resolution dated 25th
2266.16wp January, 2012 issued by the same department.
The relevant provision of the said Government Resolution dated 1st February, 2016 reads, thus:

In the light of above, the respondent / State is directed to extend the benefits of said provision contained in Government Resolution dated 1st February, 2016 to the petitioners No.1 to 4 and 6 after formal verification of the dates, as expeditiously as possible; however, within twelve weeks from today.
We also direct the respondents even to extend the relief to petitioner No.5 taking into consideration the provisions of the Government Resolution dated 25th January, 2012. Petition stands disposed of on above terms.
