Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned A.G.P., on instructions sought from the Committee, states that the Committee would decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within three months.

Already the direction was given by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7162 of 2016 to decide the proceeding within six months. Said time limit has lapsed. The Committee under any circumstances shall decide the said proceeding within three months from today. The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 8th March, 2017.

In view of the directions given as above, we have not considered the other prayers made in the petition.

In view of above, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
