PER COURT :- Counsel appearing for the scrutiny committee, on instructions states that, the decision in respect of caste certificate verification proposal of the petitioner would be taken within a period of six months from today. It is stated that, earlier also direction was issued by this Court in W.P. No.2242/13 directing to take decision within a period of six months from the date of the order, however, because of vacancy of Commissioner, the committee was not constituted, as such decision could not be taken. We grant six months time for completion of enquiry by respondent No.2 committee. The petitioner states that, as a result of his failure to submit validation certificate, respondent No.3 college has not accepted the examination form of the petitioner and has not forwarded the same to respondent No.4. Respondent No.3 shall accept the examination form and shall forward the same to the university to facilitate the petitioner to appear for examination.
