We have heard Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Kale, learned Govt. Pleader, Mr. Salunke, learned counsel for non applicant no. 5, Mr. Dhorde, learned senior counsel for non applicant no. 6 and Mr. Nangare, learned counsel for respondent no. 4.

The petition is at the nascent stage. The non applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the documents sought to be placed by way of present civil application.

In the light of that, civil application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to place on record the documents submitted along with the present application in the writ petition.
