Having perused the letter dated 29th December, 2015, addressed by the Petitioner to the Hon'ble Prime Minister, to the National Human Rights Commission, Delhi, the State Human Rights Commission, Maharashtra State and to the Rotary Club, Nanded, we are circumspect as to whether there was any such proceedings before

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. In the event there is any such case of the Petitioner pending with Respondent No. 2, we expect the said authority to deal with the said case expeditiously, provided the said case is amenable to the jurisdiction of MHRC.
