02-03-2022 PER COURT :- The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of his stay application filed in the appeal before the Commissioner challenging his disqualification order passed by the Collector. 2.

The stay application filed by the petitioner is rejected by the Commissioner by order dated 22.02.2022. It is not in dispute that, the matter is kept for final hearing before the Commissioner on 09.03.2022. In case, the stay is not granted the Appeal filed by the petitioner likely to be rendered infructuous. 3.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is partly allowed.

The order impugned before the Commissioner is stayed for a period of two weeks from today.

The Commissioner shall hear the parties on merits on 09.03.2022 and shall decide the Appeal within a period of two weeks thereafter.
