2] It is an admitted fact that though, earlier, extension was granted for deposit of the amount, the amount is not deposited.

3] In the circumstances, present applications for grant of stay to the execution of the impugned awards are hereby allowed, on the condition that the applicant deposits the entire amount under the awards, within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.

4] The applications for grant of stay are accordingly allowed.

5] In case of failure to deposit the amount as directed above, the present applications shall stand dismissed and stay shall stand vacated, automatically, without further reference to the Court.
