ORDER:

It is submitted that appointment of the petitioner is approved and permanent approval to his appointment is also granted. It is submitted that however, salary is not paid to the petitioner. 2.

According to the respondents, proposal is submitted to respondent No.2- the Deputy Director of Education for including the name of the petitioner in " Shalarth Pranali ".

In case, the respondents do not include name of the petitioner in the " Shalarth Pranali " within six weeks from today and start paying salary to him, then the respondents shall pay salary to the petitioner by offline mode.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
