Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent Nos.4 and 6 as
(2) 2 CA-2573.2023.odt mentioned in the application. They are also seeking deletion of name of respondent No.9A Smt. Gendabai whose legal representatives are already on record. They also prayed for issuance of fresh notice against respondent No.5 on the same address.

There is no strong objection from other side, and therefore, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C) and disposed of. The necessary amendment be carried out within the stipulated period.
