The petition is filed for giving direction to the respondents to grant sanction to the proposal of starting new Urdu Medium Madhyamic School. The proposal was submitted on 19.12.2012. But till the date of petition no decision was taken and even Chalan was not issued to make payment of necessary charges. Both the sides are heard.

2) In view of nature of reliefs claimed, this Court holds that direction needs to be given to the respondents to atleast give decision on the proposal submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the policy of the respondents. Similarly Chalan needs to be issued for enabling the petitioner to make the

WP No. 2219/13 payment of necessary charges.

3) So, direction is given to the respondents to decide the proposal filed by the petitioner before the end of April 2018 and it is directed to respondents to issue Chalan to make payment of necessary charges. Petition is disposed of. 4) Copy of order passed in Writ Petition No. 1136/2012 is produced by the learned counsel for petitioner. It is taken on record. Similar order was made by this Court.
