The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is a student and is interested to seek admission to professional course. Validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending with the respondent No. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents and submits that, the committee has taken decision to consider the validation proceeding of the students on priority basis and on instructions submits that, the Committee would decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner within a period of two months from today.

Considering the above, the respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably by 30th June, 2019.
