Learned A.G.P. appearing for Respondent-State, on instructions, informs that the application tendered by petitioners for redetermination of amount of compensation, presented under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, has been decided on 15.06.2015 in observance of the orders passed by this Court. The acquiring body has been directed to release the amount within a period of four months from such determination. The period of four months, allowed to the acquiring body, is yet to come to an end. In this view of the matter, contempt petition stands disposed of.
