12.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the name of the petitioners is not being mutated in the revenue record. The authorities submit that in absence of the order of the Civil Court the same cannot be mutated. 2.

The petitioners seek mutation of their name in the revenue record. If the authorities are not considering the grievance of the petitioners then the petitioners can approach the committee as constituted under the circular dated 13.02.2015.

In case the petitioners approach the committee then the committee shall take decision upon the application of the petitioners within four months from the date of application. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
