Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioner No. 2 is appointed as a Head Master. The proposal is forwarded to the respondent No. 2 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner No. 2 as Head Master. Same is not decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner No. 2 as Head mater is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy,

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
