1] Mr. Barlinge, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is provisionally admitted. Hearing is concluded in the validation proceeding. However, decision has not yet been taken.

2] Learned AGP submits that now quorum has been changed, as such it will require more time. Fresh hearing would be required.

3] The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 3rd March, 2022 and put-forth her case. The Committee, thereafter, shall endeavour to decide the said validation proceedings on or before 10th March, 2022.
