There is no delay in preferring the application for bringing the legal heirs of the original claimant. The application needs to be allowed.

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to bring them on record as a legal heirs of appellant / original claimant by making necessary corrections in the array of appeal memo and furnish the copy of amended appeal memo to the learned counsel for respondent no.3 and as well as the learned AGP for State.
