This court by order dated 6.8.2014 permitted the applicant to withdraw 25% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and 50% of the amount on furnishing bank guarantee of any nationalized bank. Learned counsel submits that the applicant is not in a position to furnish the bank guarantee as directed by this Court and the applicant may be permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount out of the said amount of 50% on furnishing undertaking and for the remaining 25% the applicant will try to furnish the bank guarantee. I do not find any reason to modify the order passed by this Court on 6.8.2014. The application is rejected.
