We have perused paragraphs 4 and 5 of the affidavit-in-reply filed by the Deputy Engineer, Minor Irrigation Department, Sub-Division, Ambajogai. 2.

The learned AGP places before us a compilation of 4 pages including the covering letter dated 29.03.2022, which are taken on record and marked as 'X-1' collectively for identification. He is instructed to state that within one year i.e. on or before 31st March, 2023, the entire proceedings would be concluded and an award would be delivered.
