Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/s, the learned AGP appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invited our attention to Exh.'E' (page 28) of the compilation of the writ petition and submits that, already the petitioner has submitted proposal for
granting permission to open 8th Standard by natural growth, since the petitioner is running 1st to 7th classes, to the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that, the Block Education Officer will make inspection and find out whether there is proper infrastructure and students to allow him to entertain the request of the petitioner/s for opening 8th standard by natural growth on or before 15.5.2016 and, after receiving the said inspection report, if the report is favourable to the petitioner/s, said proposal will be forwarded with recommendation to the State Government on or before 25.5.2016.

In light of the submissions made across the bar, we direct the Respondents to complete the entire exercise on or before 25.5.2016. In case, the respondent No.3 takes a decision to forward the proposal of the petitioner with favourable recommendations to the State Government, the State Government shall take decision
on such proposal, as expeditiously as possible, however, on or before 15.6.2016 and communicate the said decision to respondent no.3 and also to the petitioner. 5.
Both the writ petitions stand disposed of in above terms.
