This is an Application for condonation of thirty one [31] days delay in preferring the Application for restoration, since the First Appeal Stamp No.30608/2022 was dismissed for non-compliance of office objections by the order dated 10/01/2023 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Application, we condone the aforesaid delay subject to the cost of Rs.500/- [Five Hundred] to be deposited with the office of Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.

Office to restore the Appeal to its original stage. 5.

Applicant to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks.
