The proceedings are pending before the Committee regarding the validation of the caste claim of the petitioners. It is submitted that the vigilance is also conducted. It is expected that the Committee decides the proceedings expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioners. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 12.03.2018. If the proceedings are taken up by the authority on account of non submission of validity within six (6) months, the petitioners are at liberty to bring to the notice of the authority various orders passed by this Court and the Apex Court. 3.
