We have heard Mr. Dharashive, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice to respondents. The learned A. G. P. waives notice for all respondents.

The learned A. G. P. states that, the Commissioner has constituted a committee vide circular dated 13.02.2015 for the redressal of grievances of the persons about mutation entries. 4.

In the light of that, the petitioner may approach the said Committee. In case the petitioner approaches the said

2 wp 4418.16 Committee, the Committee shall consider and decide the grievance of the petitioner expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
