The proposal for start of new nursing college is pending with the Government, as recommended and forwarded by the Maharashtra Health Science University (page 45). 2.

Considering the exigency in the matter, the State Government shall take decision on the proposal of the petitioner for permission to start nursing college (page 45), on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably before 15th April, 2022.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
