There is no substance in the petition. The petitioner contends that, his mother committed suicide only because she was harassed and pushed into such situation that she had no other alternative but to commit suicide. The petitioner has already filed a complaint alleging offence u/s 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The offence is registered. Investigation is going on. The petitioner, who is aggrieved party, wants the Police Officer to obtain certain documents, record from Forest Department.

We are unable to give directions to the Police mainly because the investigation of a crime is a fact finding process and all relevant facts would be gathered by the police during investigation. It is for the Investigating Officer to decide further course of action. 3.

Writ Petition stands dismissed.
