The First Appeal is already dismissed on 03.08.2022. The civil application is filed for bringing the legal heirs on record. The learned counsel submits the legal heirs mentioned in the application are the only legal heirs and that there are no other legal heirs. The legal heirs are permitted to be taken on record.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of. 3.

The amount deposited in this court is directed to be transmitted to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Jalna in M.A.C.P. No. 166 of 2008. The applicants / claimants would be entitled to withdraw the amount from the said tribunal in terms of the decree passed along with accrued interest.
