The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, petitioners have worked in tribal area. They are entitled to be shifted to the nontribal area. The representations have been given (Page Nos.24 to 26) to respondent no.3.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent nos.3 and 4. 3.

In case, applications of petitioners (Page Nos.24 to 26) are pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks.
