Mr. Thombre, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Election Programme was published. The date for polling is fixed on 27.02.2022 but the place of Polling Station is not notified and fixed.

Mr. Dighe, the learned Counsel submits that the place of polling was also published in the Newspaper dated 23.02.2022.

Mr. Thombre, the learned Counsel submits that place of polling is almost 5 Kms. away from the

2 wp 2861.2022 Society. The Respondent could have fixed the place of polling in the premises of the Society. The Society has premises admeasuring 25 Acres.

The polling is fixed tomorrow. Now, at this stage, it would not be appropriate to consider the contention on merits and disturb the polling. 5.

In view of the fact that it will not be possible now to pass order regarding change of place of polling, no further orders are necessary. 6.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
