1] Heard.
2] This petition give rise to some disputed questions of fact. The petitioner is owner of land which is situated very close to an Irrigation Project. It is the case of the petitioner that at times, the land gets flooded and the crops get damaged.
3] There cannot be any blanket direction. We cannot enter into disputed questions of fact as to when and to what extent the land got submerged etc. As and when such mishap occurs, the petitioner is free to make a representation to the concerned authority, who would look into his case and do the needful. We do not see any scope for us to give any relief to the petitioner in this petition.
