The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 10.01.2023 whereby registration of his review applications was refused for nonremoval of office objections. There is also delay for filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks in both these applications.

In view of the same, order dated 10.01.2023 stands recalled in both these applications and the review applications be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of

cost of Rs. 500/- each to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
